You don't need to know which benefit you want before you call. We'll work it out together, one step at a time.
Call us, or book a time and we'll call you. We'll listen to your situation and answer your questions. No pressure, no jargon.
We look at your health, care needs, income and work situation, and explain clearly which benefits may apply.
We complete the form with you, in your words, and help you gather letters, reports and other evidence that support your claim.
If you're invited to an assessment (interview), we explain what happens and help you prepare, so you can describe your needs clearly.
If a decision goes against you, we help you ask for it to be looked at again (mandatory reconsideration) and, if needed, appeal to a tribunal.

No. Applying for any of these benefits directly through GOV.UK is free, and you never have to use a paid service. Free help is also available from organisations such as Citizens Advice and local welfare rights services.
What we add is time and attention: an adviser who sits with you, completes the form with you in your own words, helps you collect the right evidence, and stays with you through assessments and appeals. Our first check is free. After that, our pricing is: [pricing details].
No. We are an independent service. We are not part of GOV.UK, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or any other government body, and we don't make decisions about claims. We work for you.
Many people are turned down at first and later succeed. You can usually ask for the decision to be looked at again (a mandatory reconsideration) and, after that, appeal to an independent tribunal. There are time limits, usually one month from the date on the decision letter, so please get in touch soon. We'll explain your options and help you put your case together.
Yes. We often work with family members, carers and friends who are helping someone else. The person the claim is for will usually need to agree to us helping, and some steps may need their signature. We'll explain what's needed in your case.
No, and you should be careful of anyone who says they can. Decisions are made by the DWP (or Social Security Scotland) and by tribunals, not by us. What we can do is make sure your claim is complete, clear and well supported, and that you understand each step.
No. We can help you by phone, by video call, or at your home if you're in [service area]. Choose whatever is easiest for you. If you'd like a family member or friend with you, that's welcome.
Nothing is essential. If you have them to hand, it helps to know any benefits you already get, any letters you've had about a claim, and the names of your health conditions or medicines. If you don't have these, don't worry: we'll start with a conversation.
Yes. We only use your details to help with your claim, and we never share them with anyone without your permission. Our privacy policy explains this in full.
Tell us a little about your situation and we'll call you back at a time that suits you. Or, if you'd rather talk now, just ring us.
